I leak so much that it is necessary to wear a Tena level 2 protector.
Leaking started a few months ago, and in no time it is so much that inco material is necessery.
Are here other man with this problem and what is your psychial experiance?

Are you simply suffering age-related changes? A medical issue?

You really should go to your doctor and tell him or her about the leakage. You've not said how old you are if you're in your 50's plus the leakage might well be due to an enlarged prostate or the start of prostate cancer - this is very treatable these days but you need, as with all cancers, to catch is early so it does not spread.
On the other hand it might be that you just have a plain old bacterial infection of your urinary tract and bladder.

So do not delay, make the appointment to see your doctor and get is sorted today. Whatever it is, it needs to be treated and sorted and that will stop you worrying about it

For many years i come by mine urologist for ED problems. Prostate is checked. He thaught maybe using a penispump cann given the problem. I stopped for a few months. Didnt help.

You don't say your age...

Many medications can cause incontinence - blood pressure meds, antidepressants, diuretics, "sleeping pills". Do you take any of those? Maybe you can try a different type.

Do Kegels which I believe a recommended for incontenance

I’ve suffered briefly from it where after urinating shortly after I would find a dribble wet patch.
I did kegels and feel this helped

However I also suffer from overactive bladder and sometimes when I’m that desperate there is a little drizzle before.
