It’s so true. I e always been like that. I’m just upfront from the get go so it’s out of the way and that allows straight guys to be themselves. Which, because of the ease of the situation, often leads to more.
I've had a number of "straight" guys over the years. Some had similar stories - separated, getting divorced, not looking to date, just want to get off, trying something new, etc. Others were really bi and just wanted some dick in addition to what they were getting at home. I feel like I just had this same conversation with someone else over the term "bisexual". I'm guessing definitions of sexuality is going to be the next "zombie" topic like circumcision.... a topic that continues to rise up from the grave so people can argue about it, but never come to an agreement. Sexuality is something that can rarely be defined as absolutes, but more of a spectrum that differs from person to person. Say a man has never had sex with another man, but has an unspoken fantasy of touching another man's dick. Does that mean that you personally get to issue the definition of his sexuality, based on your narrow criteria? Let people be who they say they are because it has nothing to do with you, and everything to do with their own self perception.
There isn't a "point" to being straight. It is an innate orientation, but for many, many straight people a same sex experience can and does happen from time to time. If someone regularly is having a same sex experience then one could say they are bi-sexual, but an experiment, an encounter to get some cash for something silly, like say food or shelter, or even for no reason does not revoke one's straight credentials.
I am a Democrat and usually vote for the Democrat on the ticket, but several times I voted for a Republican. I did not get thrown out of the party. Some people may move from straight to bi-sexual but then return to straight, probably because that is how they feel. Why does it matter?
Actually, here it is all pretty much up for debate. The world is not thrown off its orbit because a straight guy sucked a cock and still thinks of himself as straight.
