I'm guessing about seven inches. I don't see how the head and the base could belong to two different cocks: if the head belonged to the owner of the hand rather than to the body in the lower part of the frame, then it would face in the other direction (frenulum toward the viewer).

I'm not sure why people are only giving one measurement when the size was asked for, not specifically the length or girth.

6.75x5.25?

I would've said 7" length, but the tightness of the grip combined with the darker red colouration of the penis head and preceding area suggests to me that it's a little more engorged than it would naturally be. Girth looks pretty standard, again possibly slightly thicker than normal towards the head for the same reason.

I would say also that there is 2 back to back but the one visible out of the hand looks to be about 7".

I would say somewhere between 6.75 and 7.25 inches long x 5.25 inches around. Hard to tell though, since I can't tell how big the hand is which is really the only reference of comparison.
