Been using an extender for a while now and after getting some early gains I think I'm at the stage where it's pretty much part of my routine.
My only problem is I don't get any long sessions in without the noose slipping.
It tends to start from the centre of my head and when I feel it go I pretty much have to release and start again. Not only is this annoying but it means I can't do anything continuously without going to sort out my extender.
Does anyone have any good techniques of stopping the silicone noose from slipping?
Any help much appreciated.
