Hey guys,

Been using an extender for a while now and after getting some early gains I think I'm at the stage where it's pretty much part of my routine.

My only problem is I don't get any long sessions in without the noose slipping.

It tends to start from the centre of my head and when I feel it go I pretty much have to release and start again. Not only is this annoying but it means I can't do anything continuously without going to sort out my extender. :mad:

Does anyone have any good techniques of stopping the silicone noose from slipping?

Any help much appreciated.

Simple thing to do is wrap your member with a 14 inch by 1 inch cloth and pull forward to gather an area that can be held. Instead of a silicon noose use a thin Velcro strap found at any hard wear store. Works very well ,just take a break every hour and play some circulation into your member.
