I’ve had great gains, both length and thickness, with jelqing and pumping, but I feel I’ve reached a ceiling with pumping. So now I’m considering an extender.

How long/often is required to see real gains?

And do the gains remain or do you have to keep up with it to keep them?

And any other things I need/should know, both positive and negative?

And what extender is recommended?

Thanks in advance.

I only know what I have read. I have no real experience with one but I have read you can gain around .5-.9 inch. Hey, I’d take another inch for sure.

I've had the penimaster silver (German) and the pro extender(30$ on Amazon/wish) traction results are really really hard earned, you have to sacrifice your social life and comfort and even be more sedentary causing weight gain(fat eats penis size) most studies list gains in flacid length only a few list erect gains....if I really was committed single and bored I'd go all out in a phallosan or penimaster belt system.

Currently 2 months in to using a belt traction device. Averaging 8-10 hours a day 5 days a week with it. Definitely seems to be some early flaccid gains, but not measuring until I have completed 3 months regular traction. The plus side is that the device is discreet and comfortable meaning it can be worn under loose pants to work or when out socially, also comfortable to wear overnight.

I went to traction last but I should have used it first. It gave me gains even after I exhausted other methods.

It's a pain in the ass but truthfully it worked. You will have to wear it 4-6 hrs. a day (and it's not easy) and increase tension slowly so it takes a while. However, increasing flaccid hang works fast. Erect gains take longer (6+ mths).

It's a slow and steady game.

Wear it at night and you don't have to worry about affecting activities. They work, but take a long time.

Yeah...that's a good way of getting injured. There is not ONE source who recommends this and it's very stupid thing to do.

DO NOT WEAR YOUR DEVICE WHILE YOU SLEEP.

This guy just gave very dangerous advice.

I have used both Jess Extender and a modified static extender with a vac head. I was never the most consistent user but did gain some flaccid length (maybe 1cm), but no erect gains.
