i've seen a few brands have "deluxe" versions... couldn't you just buy a base model and increase the number of bars up from there?

hm. i will have to look that up. i would love to try this now.
can you buy add-on bars for more length with that model? i would like to see how far i can go.
If you get the extender pro you won't need to buy more add on bars...it reaches the 12" inch mark...and no one can physically be bigger then that lolhm. i will have to look that up. i would love to try this now.

How long did it take to gain 2" ?That's also how I gained from 6.5 to 8.5
I need to get back into wearing my extender and keep adding bars - it's so rewarding when I take it off and admire the full length of the extender.
How long did it take to gain 2" ?
....how does one wear the device under clothes? seems a bit conspicuous, to put it lightly.![]()
You should post a photo of the deviceInteresting. I just made my extender using aluminium .25 stock with brass .50 pivots and delrin plastic base and head to make a secure hold. Similar designs to all those extenders, but mine doesn't use a pull fastener, but a set screw at 1 multimeter increments. I made it with free materials.
Given I don't have much experience in PE I chose a light routine of two sessions a day with 5 slow grip jelqs with glan squeeze, 15 regular jelqs and 5 of the 30 second stretch holds every other day. Warm up and heat pad sessions included.
The PE exercises aren't nearly long as the 4 hour start off while wearing my PE device which are 1 hour segments and 15-30 minute breaks between.
In all, I spend 5.5 hours on the days with the PE exercises and extender device for some light stretching.
In review of these exercises, I'm not bothered by hand strength, but more so the concentration and time that goes into doing them. Warm ups are long with the warm towel wrap, which is nice and helps the skin be more elastic, but I can feel the 1 hour time consumption more than 4 hours of discomfort of a foreign object straining against my pelvis.
As I proceed forward with PE, I feel they are both important. Exercises for girth and form of warm up for the extender I wear every day. Device for continual tension. I prefer the device, keeping my hands free. Eventually over a month time I would like to move to 5 hours next month and increase that every other month until I get to 8 hours a day. Growth, I remind you occurs when you aren't tensioning your member. Cells heal, multiply and so on. For those who do foreskin restoration, 8 hours is the recommended time to wear a device of that sort, but for the penis itself, it internally is a different matter. Wearing a device longer will cause more damage than good. Taking it slow and steady. Oddly, 4 hours of wearing a device is easier. Perhaps it's the neoprene padding or the 15 minute break between wearing the device. I can concentrate on thing easier than exercises.
So, starting off length 7inches erect bone press. Base girth is 6.5 inches circumference, 6.25 inches mid-circumference and 6 inch circumference at glans on a good day. Goal is 9 inches length, 7 inches circumference at glans.
Here's the design. It should look familiar. What you don't see is the tensioner has grooves that the black allen screws that act as finger set screws to dig into. That is what holds my member in place with NO slippage and I use a velcroed neoprene sheet from a small cheep knee brace for comfort, proper tension and prevent nipping of skin. You should post a photo of the device
That's impressive..how much did it cost..and it looks to be alot more comfortable to wear instead of the noose tie that mine isHere's the design. It should look familiar. I will modify the the design later so it doesn't need set screws. Something like a tuner dial with a key slot to lock into the grooves of the tensioner and the milled bar stock I hope to upgrade.
It cost nothing. The delrin plastic was to be thrown away at a manufacturing company. It's harder than nylon and is shatter proof. That's impressive..how much did it cost..and it looks to be alot more comfortable to wear instead of the noose tie that mine is
Yea that's my exact routine as well.. (if I have the time) with my gf having no clue of it lolIt cost nothing. The delrin plastic was to be thrown away at a manufacturing company. It's harder than nylon and is shatter proof.
The brass was chucked in a dumpster and that took forever to drill through, but it's better than aluminium, which the 1/4 inch bar stock material was made of. That stock was free from a friend who traded with me for a number of allen screws I had. Thumb screws and allen screws were a mix I bought in a tag sale for $5. I don't own many tools other than a drill and a a set of taps and dye. It's nearly uniform. Not perfect, but it will last longer than the time I will wear it for a decade. It is a bit thick, but purposely so I can have room for changes.
And yes, it is comfortable. The neoprene sees to that. The only issue I can perceive is the clamp design puts as much pressure as the strength in your hands when secured and doesn't wane. So, where one would readjust your hands for grip as your gripe wanes, it is continuous and blood supply will require supervision, readjusting every half hour to one hour. I wear it in 1 hour sessions as I said. 15-30 minute breakes between the four hours. Hopefully next month I will reach 5 hours.
Was it that you didn't have the time or just dedicated to the 4 hours? I feel I could go 5, but 4 seems appropriate for beginner. Did you work your way up to 4 hours due to the discomfort of the device? 4 hours is an easily sudtainable measure of time to be consistent. What is the case for your routine?Yea that's my exact routine as well.. (if I have the time) with my gf having no clue of it lol
