Hey guys, I have absolutely no experience whatsoever in penis enlargement.
I was just wondering if all those exercises and tools you use affect the quality of your erection.
I would find it incredible to be able to add an inch, sometimes more, in length and girth without downsides!

The extender alone is not good for erections (at least for most of people), neither is going to do much for girth. Jelqing and clamping increase quality of erections and girth.

To have some results, a couple of hours per week can be enough. To gain 1" in length, well that requires a lot of commitment. Gaining 1" in girth is rare (if we are speaking of permanent growth). The good side is that PE just requires your hands, although devices could be useful too.

Thanks for the tip, I'm quite satisfied with my cock and my erections but there's that little voice in my head that wants more.

Was it that you didn't have the time or just dedicated to the 4 hours? I feel I could go 5, but 4 seems appropriate for beginner. Did you work your way up to 4 hours due to the discomfort of the device? 4 hours is an easily sudtainable measure of time to be consistent. What is the case for your routine?
I had to work up to 4hrs..I usually do 2 hours remove it..jelg then back on for 2 hours..

Same with me, thought not soon after my routine with the extender. It obviously needed a rest. I do experience more focused arousal for some reason even though I am not aroused by wearing an extender. It is hard to concentrate on jelq routines given the more fuller erections and seems a waste not to take advantage of that. But, logically this can be the case if one fatigues one's penis in PE routines. In that case, step back a bit. Take It easy. You may be slowing one's gains by doing it too much.

Also, MrHuge1n, it's good to know where one starts. I wonder what my limit is as next week I start a more rigourous routine, wearing the extender for 5 hours. A day with two days dispersed breaks. Longest I ever wore my extender was for 6 hours and lost track of how long was watching Netflix and using the extender. No fatigue, but the last time wearing it there were shorter breaks and numbing did occur on one side of the glans and I immediately reduced pressure, waited 15 minutes and continued with no more numbing or discolouring of the glans. I would say the breaks between the 30 minute session with short breaks for circulation is essential and going through the hour long session. And after every hour usage you take it off for 15 minutes to ready for the next session. Some light jelqing helps for me to increase blood flow to that area. This combo really helps and I think prevents injury with the extender.

I finally got my x4 in the mail. ...it's gonna take some getting used to: my penis slips out of the ...um "noose"... on the regular, and i don't feel any real stretch.... even at the highest setting. and the tension springs seem weak... i also think my fat pad may be interfering with it. any advice?


the fat pad thing i don't need advice like "lose weight" or "stop eating you fat faggot..." i have had a very substantial amount of fat around my weenis ever since i was a kid, i have doctor's notes to proove that, and even at my skinniest at 150lbs, i still had it. it's something with how my body distributes fat or something. my current doctor has suggested a lapectomy for my issues, but those are considered cosmetic and not covered by my insurance.. and besides, i need to lose about 50 pounds before they touch me for that anyway. soo... yeah

they should be pretty cheap, buy several of different shapes and sizes; generally speaking, the thicker the better. At first the extender should be worn at about flaccid length, your penis needs to get accustomed to it : it is the most important period, if you try to push too much at the beginning, you'll unlikely be able to wear it for enough time.

The springs are an unnecessary complication IMO, if you can use the extender without springs it will work better.

Been meaning to ask anyone about the plateau effect in PE. Whether it be a year down the line or after the first inch or so. Your body becomes resilient to changes and a change in routine is required. I have yet to experience the plateau effect, but it will happen to whatever degree. Will it even be noticeable since change occurs so slowly. 6 months no change can abe due to various factors whether it be with an extender or exercises

I am looking at starting PE exercises, or buying an extender, any advice? feel free to message me!
Go for a Phallosan extender, it works well because it's comfortable and can be worn discretely for very long periods under clothing. Otherwise I find that my Bathmate is very effective given that I only use it 3-4 x 20 minutes per week.
Go for easy, low effort solutions that you can do consistently for the next few years, that kind of time frame allows for serious gains (2+ inches in length and girth)

i have the standard X4 Labs model, so i think that has the "surgical tube."

My extender works for me... :) 4hrs a day 5 days a week (if I have the time) I started at 8.5" now hit 10"

What is the wrap around your dick? I am using the the supplied tube but it's kinda rough pulling up under the head.
