It says that it is useful in the aid of Peyronie's disease and for physical therapy after you get phalloplasty.

The patients experienced whopping growths of 1-2 cm over six long fucking months of wearing the stupid ass contraption.

Extenders are dangerous and can damage the delicate capillaries of the inner foreskin. they can also cause nerve damage which can lead to fucking impotency.

Don't do it... use your hands. There are plenty of stretches that you can use with your hands that are very effective.

There is no method that does not have some risk involved. Both manual manipulation techniques done by hand AND those done by device have risks. Currently there are now and over the years have been hundreds of devices which have claimed to stretch a penis.

One device uses a modified camera tripod which the person lies under and the traction to the penis is applied by stretching the penis upwards by use of this device. There is another that has made a great deal of money for it's inventor which in all reality was based on a trumpet mouthpiece. The device is tailored to the head of the penis and using surgical techniques of taping the device is then weighted.

One of the most simple and equally effective can be made from a few fender washers and surgical tubing for those that are not allergic to it.

ANY device used regularly that does NOT affect circulation has at least the potential to work.

The idea to really grasp is that all PE has some inherant risk. The right individual is going to get injured if he just manages to not be careful and push those buttons that with regards to his own anatomy are correct and will cause injury.

After puberty has been completed without surgical intervention there are also a percentage of men with penile ligament structures which are the equivalent of tensile steel that will not profit from any of these techniques even with the best of instruction and technique.

No one thing works for everybody and that always needs to be made clear.

It’s not the extenders that cause damage; it’s the amount of pressure the user puts his dick under when using one. If they’re used properly; i.e., the penis is maintained in an extended position, rather than having the fucking life choked out of it, then there is little, if anything, to go wrong. As I say, it’s when guys start thinking that more pressure means quicker gains that they suffer.
