I bought an extension to use with my wife. She hasn't been willing yet to have me use it. It is a typical one with a ball strap and a large head. It would add a couple of inches to me. I worry a little that this extension may cause me to lose my erection and that it might be too big for my wife. Any of you have any experiences with extensions? Are these issues for you?

I have a couple of extensions. We don’t use them very often, but enjoy them when we do. To help maintain my erection I will sometimes put on a cock ring before putting on the extension. However, I get very turned on by watching my wife’s reaction to the extra fullness she feels when I am using the extension on her. As far as your wife’s comfort level, I’d give the same advice for trying anything larger than she is used to - take it slow and use lots of lube, let her tell you how fast to go and how far to insert it into her.
