use a silicone stretchy one, but like the look (and the idea of the weight) of a shiny steel donut.

Can only fine 60mm ones - but I measure out at 73mm (9”)

Any gentlemen care to share any ideas where to find one? thanks

You have to measure properly.

Being the nearly daily wearer of cock rings Per Mistress Ts direction and desire I have found the following to be the best way to measure.

Things you need

Ribbon or String
Ruler
Calculator
Marker (Sharpie)

Take three pieces of string or ribbon

You are going to wrap the string or ribbon around the base of your cock just like you are with the measuring tape snugly not too tight. Mark where the end meets the string or ribbon. repeat this process two other times with the other pieces of string or ribbon.

Measure from the end to your mark on each.

Divide each measurement by 3.14 rounding up to the nearest 100th

Add all three measurements together then divide by three.

then divide that result by 3.14

That is the diameter of cock ring you should start with

Example

1st Measurement- 7 in
2nd Measurement- 8 in
3rd measurement- 7.5 in

1st Measurement divided by 3.14 - 2.23
2nd Measurement divided by 3.14 - 2.55
3rd measurement divided by 3.14 - 2.39

Added together that is 7.17

Divided by 3.14 - 2.28

Added together that is 7.17 = That is my average circumference.

to find the diameter and the starting size for a cock ring you divide that by 3.14

That is 2.28

You want to do it that way because it gives you a more precise measurement.

Using google to convert inches to mm i get 58 mm.

I have found that a 2 inch cock ring is a decent fit but will fall off especially when flacit and doing daily tasks and chores or just daily run about stuff. My normal daily wear is between 1.75 and 1.81 inches. Many cock rings are measured in mm so you want to convert your size into mm.

I typically wear a 45 mm / 48 mm cock ring.

You can try a 50 mm cock ring to start.

Such an amazingly detailed reply, thank you. However a whole 23mm smaller is a bit of a jump down - not quite sure why I need to take three measurements when my tape measure is doing the job 1st time. Thanks again for all the info :)

Three measurements averaged is more accurate than just one. Measuring for a "whole package" ring (as opposed to one worn only on the penis) can be somewhat tricky...you want snug but not too tight, and the ring needs to pass both testicles and then the penis...and be removable later when you may have some engorgement and even some edema (swelling, fluid Renton) caused by extended wear. Going too loose may render the ring useless.

I had flashbacks of math classes. lol But great detail and we must be close to the same size.

Based on your photo and the 9 inch measurement I calculate your size would be 58mm not 73mm. You want a ring to be more snug on a flaccid dick than that tape measure is, especially if it's heavy. I have included a link to a sizing guide below. This store (my store) sells 58mm rings but will also stock some 64mm rings starting next month. A set of sizing rings is a great way to verify your calculated size.

any yacht rigging suppliers near you, or check online - I get 60mm 'O' rings there with ease.

I know nothing about yacht supplies but I have had customers who, like you, wear these type of rings and are often confused when converting to typical cock ring sizing. Is the 60mm measurement of a ring for sailing rig an outer diameter or an inner diameter?

I don't think that 9" measurement is even remotely accurate.

Lift your scrotum completely out of the way of the tape and try again.

My 70mm ring is 8.61” - my 65mm ring is 8.08”. I wouldn’t dare go any smaller... :)

If you’d like to measure it yourself; you pay - I’ll fly! Hehe

I know, old thread, but this site is corrupting me, and I have a similar issue. After reading various posts, I decided I wanted to try a cock ring, but I too measure 9" around my penis and scrotum.

Here's how I'm approaching it. For starters, I found an extra large 9" silicone bracelet on Amazon. Buying that to try for fit, and if I like how things go, I'll try other things. My main problem was there's almost nothing I found online bigger than 50/55 mm. Anything in the 70mm range is almost impossible. I found one silicone one on an Australian site, and then after lots of digging, one of my search results hit on Ali Express. There's two there that have promise, and of course, they don't cost a fortune. I'm not sure if links are allowed, so I'll just mention them, if you're that interested you know where to look.

2. Ok, this second one, their off the shelf size choices are way too small, but they say they will custom make one to your specifications.

Similar problem. If you look for engineering or boat and camping suppliers, they usually have 70 - 75 - 80 etc. The closest I got was a D ring at 65. Best advice is to measure the circumference with a shoe-lace or something first. If headed for steel - get the larger ones first and work down! Hth

How do you position a D ring? I can't see how that can be comfortable. Also, since I'm 9" as well, how comfortable is the 65mm? Does it get too tight?

The flat bit it is under my balls. I thought I had a pic of it, but no. I’ll try to take one this week. 65mm is very comfy for me. Good luck on your journey mister!

Thanks for getting back to me. I've been researching more. The 4" round wooden rings sold for crafts like macrame and such have a ~100 mm outside diameter, and a ~70mm inside diameter. The 3" stainless steel rings have a similar inside diameter... so a trip to your local crafts store can yield more possibilities. The wood ones are also sold unfinished so it would give you a chance to exercise some creative flair...

I also found some food grade silicone O rings, but again, I'm waiting till the silicone bracelet comes in, then I can go up or down in size from there once I can actually try something on.

I saw someone here was using women's watches as a ring, and I thought well, my late uncle collected watches, and I have a few of his. I tried a men's with a leather strap, I barely got it buckled, and I didn't even get hard, and 2 mins later, the strap broke. I then tried a watch with a stainless band, but it was a real challenge getting my sac pulled tight enough that it didn't get pinched when I fastened it. Not wanting to break any more watches, I took it off after a minute or two.
