quick question I am a husky guy and I have been working out again but my concern is that I can't seem to loose the fat padding around the dick area how can one loose this any tips
It depends on how your body stores fat.
But in general - if you are over BMI 30 - for every 2kg -> minus 1mm fatpad. (+/- approx min 50Lbs approx minus 1" fat pad)
Below BMI 30 - unpredictable - as the waist is than more important as the weight.
I have been working on this. What works for me is a very clean diet - white meats, veggies steamed or raw, ALOT of water! Very little or no alcohol. And ALOT of cardio!!! Eventually it will decrease.
