Usually, it needs some stroking to make my penis hard. It gets a lot more sensitive after pumping for a few days. I can get hard with just a few touches.

Yeah, I am typically more sensitive after pumping too - although for me it only lasts for a couple of hours. Makes sense biologically.
I'll have to pay more attention when I pump again. I've gotten too desensitized jerking off dry over the years. anything to add that sensitivity back would be fun.
I don’t feel too overly sensitive after I pump. I’m looking forward to seeing how much harder my erections are though. I’ve only been pumping for a few days now! But so far so good.
