If you're interested in reading more about the LOT theory, I'd suggest reading Bib's LOT Theory - PE Forums (from the creator of the LOT theory himself).
Remember that's it's still a theory and that you shouldn't base your entire routine on it. I suggest that you still focus on lengthening using stretches that target both ligs and tunica. Some men (like me) that started with "loose" ligs still made great gains. You may even find your LOT changing with time.
