When I'm hard my dick tops out at 7.95 inches,
but right now it is only about 1.25 inches,
which is basically all wrinkled foreskin

I think this is pretty extreme.
I notice nobody else here shrinks as much as I do.

No I don't feel cold but now that you mention it I am normally very comfortable at much lower temperatures than other people.
Maybe I am coldblooded.
So maybe that explains it a bit.
But my dick still does this even when I'm hot.

I have pretty extreme shrinkage too. Sometimes I have to work it out so I can aim it toward a commode to pee. It's also embarrasing having to pull my pants down to pee in public restrooms or at work.
