Forgive my ignorance but how do you measure flaccid length?

I mean, do you hold it up and bone press with a ruler or use a tape measure along the beginning of the shaft to the tip without moving it?

Who knows? It varies so much form one moment to the next. Sometimes a grower and sometimes a shower then there's in between. Flaccid size is sooooo hard to determine. If I had to pin it down I guess I'd say around 4 1/2 inches. Sometimes more sometimes less
