I think its real. I stopped the footage at several points when its on display and the colour and shine on the head was very natural. Even the most expensive type of dildos don't have that sort of realistic look. Plus if he was doing for a joke with a dildo he'd have been much less coy about showing it off. Although he did show it, he's not giving any more away.
