I've lost a bunch of weight recently and am working out more actively, but I can't seem to make any progress on the droopy joules in my crotch. It looks incredibly silly.

Is there any way to reduce the amount of skin and flab in that particular area? I'm starting to run out of fat left to burn off and yet not making a dent in that spot. . .

I'm in the same position, from what i read that fat pad is one of the last places where fat is left behind.

i think its just going to be a case of keep trying and youll succeed. many men have problems with carrying excess fat on their chests and are in the same position as you are with the fat pad. just keep trying and when your overall body fat % is down to a certain level then you will start to see results.
