Mine is... "No can help haole that's why!" It means you can't help yourself you are just stupid.

"hey, brau, got plenty"

"shoot, couz, if can!"

from New England:

"are you cereal?"

from Texas:

"as all get out"

the Yankeeism, I use on a daily basis -- as I understand it, it means "are you serious?"

still working on the Texan phrase, sadly, it's less frequently heard than before, but seems to imply a superlative of whatever is being described
