1. Shoulders & triceps
2. Laterals for delts. Cable push-downs for triceps. I've been known to do literally hundreds of reps in a session. @Snarky_succubus has had to pretty much pull me off the equipment to get me to stop a few times.
3. Legs.... Because the feeling of halfway crashing to the ground when I go to sit the next day sucks.
4. Deadlifts.

I'm noticing a lot of people hating squats, hahaha. Quite relatable.
I know they suck hard, the squat form you see in gyms everywhere sucks ,SNAP CITY.But i also believe most people are born squatters or deadlifters.Injured back badly squatting, when recovered switched to deadlift ,felt as natural as breathing. An important lesson learned stick to what feels right not what trainers and websites say youve got to do.

I've actually never tried deadlifts. No reason behind it I just haven't. Maybe I should give 'em a try!
