The testosterone gel is intended to be rubbed onto the skin of men who no longer produce testosterone or produce it in low quantities. Several children experienced various side effects after coming into contact with the gel.

bummer for the kids. It's one thing to use that stuff when you're post puberty or in your twilight years. The long term effects on those children will undoubtedly manifest.

Well, the article did mention some "aggressive behavior" and "mood swings". Then again, that is typical for some preteen and teen boys.

However, if you read other news articles on this topic, you'd find out some children were younger than 5. Nothing like a 5 year old going through puberty.
