Feels like i pulled a muscle , strained my penis

After having a prolonged and very hard erection , my penis felt a bit sore, which did not alarm me at first.
But afterward , i started to feel a mild pain on top right side of my penis during an erection.
It feels like i pulled a "muscle" of some sort, and the bad news is that it pops out like a vein , but it doesn't feel like one, it feels a bit more like a "hernia".
This only happens when i am erect, and i am not sure how to deal with it.

Think i had similar at your age, Dr said take it easy on your body and it will heal naturally, but i suggest, let him/her tell you whatever.

Go to a doctor but to a competent one. I also probably had something similar and the doctor said it was nothing. After years I read that it probably was a vein inflammation I should have taken care of.
