Do you think there’s direct correlation between feet vs penis sizes?

I don't think so, no. Just like I don't think there's a link between dick size and nose size, hand size, or height.

I got 46 cm shoe size but i got 15 cm cock. I think there is no correlation between these.

I don't think there is a correlation either. I'm a bit above average in penis size, and I use 42 (European) in shoe size. As for other large men I tend to pay more attention to their penis rather than their feet
