Well it's only one among many double standards. Most women would be creeped out if they discovered a guy "peeping". I think I'd be turned on if I saw a girl peeping at me.

I think it's partly to do with the different mentality towards sex that some men and women share.

Scenario A) Man walks along a dark road and as a woman walks past him, she flashes her breasts. Will he be distressed? Feel violated? Feel suddenly vulnrable and possibly even in danger?

It's highly unlikely.

Scenario B) Woman walks along a dark road and as a man walks past her, he flashes his penis. Will she be distressed? Feel violated? Feel suddenly vulnrable and possibly even in danger?

Very likely.

Women 'watchers' do exist. I have a female friend who likes to go dogging here in the UK. Basically we drive to dogging car parks, skulk around in the bushes and watch couples in their cars (who know they are being watched.)

What are the laws on that?

If someone is naked in their house can it be indecent exposure? So if you leave the curtains open, for instance, in a big city with high rise apartments or hotel rooms. Can you get ticketed or arrested?
