if there's an actual physical problem from giving birth, no sex enhancement pill is going to fix that. she's also probably exhausted from caring for a new child.

I've used those products. I don't really like them all that much. Even if they were pleasant, they won't suddenly make a zero interest in sex go to a 10.

Yes, she torn during natural childbirth. But then everything is working normal. Except that she loses the feeling of having sex, even during having sex.

Also, she want to have sex with me, but not enough feeling from inside or sexual stimulation. It may be childbirth destroy parts of its stimulation/libido etc. Oh, she also still give breath feeding.

Take her to her doctor. I don't know that the tearing and the loss of libido/feeling are from the same thing. It could be many things from psychological to physical, or both. Having a baby is hard on a woman, especially when she's breastfeeding which takes a lot of her time.
