I don't like fat girls because overweight looks unattractive and it is unhealthy. As little as 10% overweight puts anyone, male or female, at a signficantly greater risk of heart disease, insulin-resitant diabetes and a range of other health conditions. And as an insulin-deficient diabetic, I would not wish diabetes on my worst enemy.

not all women find bigger guys repulsive. i dated one big guy in the past (i'm talking 6'3" and 250 lbs) and i don't think there's anything wrong with someone who's that size. bigger guys need love too. plus they're so soft and cuddly. it's like having a big teddy bear to snuggle with. they'll beat up anyone who messes with you too!

In response to your question... maybe you aren't meeting the right girls? I know several females (myself included) that like bigger guys. However, there IS a point where it becomes too big. It becomes unattractive and a bit gross, to be honest. I'm not exactly small myself, though. :tongue: So I don't have much room to talk.

I have crushes on loads of fat blokes... but then I've always been a personality over appearance kinda gal. If a guy can really make me laugh, listens to me, is compassionate and honest then I will find him attractive.

Some of the most beautiful people are deeply unattractive because of an ugly personality.. and vise versa.

Also, when giving height/weight ratio...be more specific... cuz Stacy mentioned 6'3 and 250... I wouldn't think fat...cuz I'm 5'9 and about 220... and not fat You want to get really confused... fat porn is the most rented in the biz. Also, a lot of lean muscle to bodybuilder males and females like heavier folks it seems...or the extreme opposite in the stick figure people. I think responses like this are bullshit. You just don't want to be called an asshole for not liking fat girls, so you blow it off as "oh i don't like a girl who is at a greater risk for heart disease"

But I guess because you are a diabetic, you can pass. I accept your reasoning, but anybody else, stfu and just say "i think fat people are unnatractive".

As for me, I'm a shallow guy. I'm pretty picky. But there are some bigger girls that I like. There is one at work that I would do anything to get with. Something about her is extremely hot, even though she is overweight. Sometimes fat can be hot in certain ways lol.

That was gold. Just gold. The person you were responding to did offer an opinion (as the OP asked) and then threw in some facts which are not only true, but, if you read into it further, provide a logical reason for why they find overweight unattractive (natural selection doesn't favour unhealthy). And then you topped it off with a very cliché and overused phrase how original.

I'd say I'm not attracted to fat guys because they aren't healthy, just like I'm not attracted to smokers. I've been with two guys who were overweight and found nothing unattractive about that, but when I think of "fat", I think of chronically out of shape individuals who don't wear the weight well.

That being said, I wonder what kind of pressures there are when you do date someone slimmer than you? Anyone really feel that before?

I'll take being called an asshole, I don't think fat people are attractive at all. And I don't mean the ones who have 10-20 extra pounds, I mean 50+ extra pounds. The ones who complain about being fat and then do nothing about it.

This man does not like the very thin type of female. I like some curve to the curves. And bounce to the breasts. And something to feel in the buttocks. Its the person that counts. I love to love somebody I love. And I think vise versa.

I'm generally regarded as "slender" or average and have ranged from thin to pleasantly plump (but still in the healthy weight range) over the course of my life. Since I have small breasts and hips, I look better on the smaller side, but I've come to terms with the fact that I'll never be scrawny. That said, I absolutely love super-skinny guys - even "normal" is too big when it comes to what I'm attracted to.
