I, personally, am not really into gear very much. I prefer my men naked and much prefer nudity for myself as well. But a lot of folks (men and women) really derive sexual excitation from certain types of clothing/adornment.

These can be either leather, rubber, steel or different combinations of the three. A collar is probably one of the most intimate and meaningful items of gear someone can give to someone else. In a real master/slave relationship, it suggests total control over the person being gifted, or at least a desire to control totally.

1) I have never really taken part in the pansexual fetish scene, so my experience with women in this area is very limited (see below @ 4). I never knew that lesbians ever used the hanky code, but I do know that certain colors derived from the hanky code are used in lesbian, straight and pansexual scenes are in use for fetish gear: blue, red, yellow, etc.

2) Cockrings have their adherents; I'm not one of them. They have always seemed cumbersome to me to wear, and metal ones (much like PAs) risk tooth injury. We have a shop down here that sells all-metal harnesses made of links that are much more reasonable that the leather ones. They also customize every purchase as required (everything is made in-house). The good thing about the all-metal harnesses is that they can be modified at any point with a minimum of fuss and expense, so they can shrink as you do :biggrin1:

We have a couple of expert floggingmasters who work on Monday nights, when those things happen. They're both good friends of mine and both extremely reliable to deliver the goods.

CBT either really works or really doesn't. Stretchers really get 'em attention, for sure. Like I said above, I see them as an invite to at least explore someone's limits. I guess for myself I love corsets.
Lacing myself into one I feel a very real change happen to my personality.

The codes were created long ago when it was not safe to openly approach each other, so men would wear them as a means of openly, yet secretly, communicating their desires.

The colors all have meaning which changes depending on the pocket (right or left) upon which they are worn. Left is Top/Dom, right is Bottom/Sub. People can and do extend this to leather/metal armbands, suspenders, and tribal tattoos.
