Do you think not having enough fibre in a diet can cause moodiness along with the other symptom, Pooiedless?

Major cause for hemorrhoids, fiber can also help you lose weight and improve your digestive system ie. reduction in stomach aches and more efficient/regular bowl movements.

Don't suffer from bowel movement problems or roids, luckily. Drinking plenty of water is a key, especially on waking.

mood problems related to diet tend to be related to blood sugar, so if you are doing a high protein, low carb diet that lacks fiber and keeps the blood sugar low, it can cause mood swings

That is a little part of the reason for the thread. I am working on a theory. Due to different time zones, I am wondering if there is a correlation between outbreaks of lets call it cattiness, and if those breakouts occur around normal shitting times, or, at times when uncomfortableness and grumpiness may set in after normal meal times, breakfast etc, due to the inability to take a dump. So to relieve the stress, dumping verbaly here may be an explanation for the cuntiness?

Do you think it is worthy of a government grant?

If the research proves to be true. I think a slogan would be in order..something like "Don't be a cunt, take a dump"

But who would we be taking these dumps from? Huh. It'll be an awful lot of people with no dumps. I just can't abide by that!

Maybe it can explain morning road rage, people are just in a hurry and nasty because they need to crapp, or were unable to do it before they left home, not realising it is causing them to act like shitheads behind the wheel.

There may have to be some hands on research, like standing in sewers, logging and calculating, or calculating logs, times of highest and lowest flow, things like that. Interested?
