I don't think you should assume anything if it hasn't come out of the horse's mouth. Especially what he's feeling.

Sometime we don't truly know what we've lost until it's gone.

I know he doesn't love me. I talked with him, but it didn't go far. I don't really know how to verbalize what I feel is wrong.

How does this site have anything to do with bonding? I don't have bonds with anyone except the member that's being talked about in this thread. Matthew is a friend, nothing more. I talk to him every 3 months or so. There is no real bond there, just the internet.
