Obviously every group has both large and small blah blah blah but from what my friends have told me groups also seem to have different bell curves (no pun intended). Anyways I've never seen a Filipino naked so I'm interested. Can anyone give me some personal experience or things they've heard?

I've chatted with several dozen filipina women and showed off to quite a few, and almost universally they tell me that their men almost never reach my size. I'm "only" 7 inches long and 5.5" around so to me this is circumstantial evidence that the large ones are unusually rare in the Philippines. Though of course anecdotes aren't proof by themselves.

Its a traditional custom in the Philippines for boys when they reach puberty. If your arent circumcised you get teased. Some people go through it as a medical procedure while others do it through a ritual method. The ritual method usually uses a specialist(mananule).

Before the pukpok, the manunule or pukpok asks the one to be circumcised to chew guava tops. The manunule then uses a sharpened labaja or barber's knife to cut the foreskin. The manunule then places the boy's chewed guava tops on the genital as a way of medication. The "new man," as they are usually called, then jumps into the river for cleansing. Jumping into the river would then constrict the blood vessels and stop the bleeding of the wound. Though it is unsanitary, the procedure is accepted and has been practiced for decades in rural areas."

Circ rate in the Philippines is almost universal. It is extremely rare to find an adult Filipino male (even an entering high school male) who is uncut. Unlike in the US where neonatal circumcision is common, circumcision for most of us Filipinos is just before puberty.
