I've been wearing briefs for two years now and I'm a everyday runner and I have a huge issue. My briefs are not as filled as I want them to be. I have a small waist so I wear smalls but the front is okay the back is sometimes saggy and it don't look like the male models. Any help to help me fill them out?
I used to wear bikini briefs..but switched to Joe Boxer Thongs..for the support..I gotta tell you..VERY comfortable..believe it or not and fills out the front nicely and no sagging in the back!
Just buy briefs that have a little bit of Lycra in the fabric, and everything fits perfectly. Other than that, exercises that work the muscles back there...
