just wated to show some pics of me filling my pump. i have to say that i think pumping does work. I know im big at 8.25x6.75 but i always wanted more size when im flacid. I have noticed that i hang lower and am a bit thicker when im limp. I only use the pump maybe twice a week for 1 hour at a time and have been doing it for about 3 months and can see the difference only in my limp size.
the tube is 9.5 by3 and know i use low pressure my cock stays that size for a few hours and i dont get a big donut either.

hey dude- you should try the "enlarger". it measures over 12 inches long and 8.5 inches around. icant use those regular ones (too short for me) i really enjoy mine. and no people i do not get the donut effect afterwards. i do stay over 8 inches when i am done and that is me soft. cant wait til i can fill the whole thing.
Steve packing that tube is pretty good, especially with little fluid but.... If the tube's exterior is 9.125? If it is a thick walled tube it may be closer to a 2.5" tube? Tubes go by the inside diameter.
