Hi guys,

Thought I would never be able to use an ED drug. My ID MD said I could as long as it was a very low dose. Tried it recently and wow, was I surprised. Didn't realize how much I was lacking in erection hardness. And I noticed a bit more length than usual. Down side is MD said I should not be using it too often because of interactions with my other medications namely my protease inhibitor. Woke up several times last night with a really good erection. Felt really good.

Just wanted to share.

glad it worked for you.

I've heard guys say good things about V and Cialis..

sadly, my hubs has tried both with no effect at all.. Of course he has a very high tolerance for drugs and pain... so not surprising...

he tried so I give him credit for that :)

Redbear,

I used half of a 25mg pill. I noticed within about 15 minutes my pubic area felt slightly tingly and my face and ears felt flushed. During sex my erection actually got much harder than usual the closer to orgasm I got. And I felt my prostate really twitching as I got closer and closer. This usually doesn't happen. I did wake with a slight headache the next morning. I had not been drinking or imbibing in any other substance. Headache went away slowly and my penis has been plumper when flaccid ever since. Did this two days ago.

Careful guys. They aren't sure that long term effects are good. I worry about the really young guys playing around with it. Too many bad side effects. Sometimes to force yourself to have sex with someone you can't even get it up for will mean nothing but harm for body and soul.

I'll vouch for alldaychemist.com. I use their generic viagra product called Manly. . .at about 58 cents per 100 mg pill. . .It's a no-brainer. The only drawback to ADC is that they have $25 flat rate shipping for any amount ordered. . .so I usually stock up. I have ordered many times and the order always arrives in exactly two weeks from my order date. Their service is excellent and if you ask for samples of other brands when you order, they will include them at no charge.

If anyone is interested, if you send me a private message here, I'll get you a referral. . .both of us will get $5 off our next order. All I need is an email address and a first name.

Young guys?? OH NO~~~ young guys really shouldn't need this unless there is seriously an ED issue...

like any drug, when used improperly, could cause great harm~

I'm almost 25 and have a script for Cialis for once daily use. It started when the doc prescribed me a blood pressure medicine (norvasc) that made it impossible to get erections. Try that and having been married for not even a year. The psychological effect was, and still is, devastating, because I could get it up just fine prior to that. Now I've got to shell out ~$150/mo to be able to have sex with my wife.

^This is ok....medical issues and other drugs that cause ED are valid reasons for Viagra and the like. (And btw, sorry for your issues. I can imagine that would be tough. Is your BP something that can eventually be controlled without meds?)

I was talking about guys that just use it to stay up longer and harder.... and really just have no need to. I met a guy once that said if we ever got together he'd get some pills for endurance... (I'd HOPE he was joking...but reading this made me wonder.)

I'm on two prescribed medicines to be taken every day for controlling blood pressure and heart rate. Intermittently, when I need to get off I use generic viagra, and that works great for me without side effects. Yesterday afternoon I took 100mg of viagra and got off perfectly, and this morning I'm still getting a great erection. I take advantage of viagra once a week to get a good stiff one.

It is tough. My wife and I tend to have way more sex on the weekends. This past weekend, even after taking two of the Cialis' (one is 5mg of tadalafil, FYI), it barely had any effect. I should clarify that I took the Norvasc for only a month a year ago and that I am still dealing with the psychological issues of no erections that it left me with.

The problem that I had for what I was originally prescribed Norvasc was poor circulation in my toes. They would turn blue and purple, especially when cold outside. So when it's warm it's ok, and so far this winter, I've been ok. I just hate having to pay $150+ each month to get boners. But, physically and psychologically, I'd much rather have sex than not....

I should add that my protease inhibitor, namely Norvir, keeps the blood serum of the Viagra higher than it would normally be. Thats why I was prescribed a lower dose.

You might ask your doctor about Cialis...

They have a daily dose of only 5 or 8 mg... but it works via a different pathway than Viagra and supposedly has fewer side effects, especially in the low dose.

At first, when I started on it, I noticed a side effect of a stuffy nose and occasional headache... but those side effects actually diminished or disappeared the more regularly I took it, and with the lower dosage.

If it is compatible with your meds, what I liked about cialis over viagra and others was that it did give me a boner in 40 minutes.... rather, I took it and it simply made me more responsive to stimulation, at anytime thereafter.

It kicks in best about 2 hours after taking it... but the effects last 24 hours with the 5 mg dose, and 36 hours with the 10 mg dose.

I like tat my woman can wake me at 4 in the morning and I am ready and responsive. and that I don't have to plan to take the pill in anticipation of the event.

Do wish it was cheaper tho.
