How does one find out a list of any pictures or albums one has "liked"? While I do get an alert when one of those members posts new content to an album, but it will disappear after clicking on it and unlike "likes" one receives for their own content, there doesn't seem to be a permanent record after that. Just want to keep track of those whose content I might follow but not remember I follow, but just can't figure out how to do it. Am I just not seeing something obvious?

The "Likes" system logic seems to work only one way. I could not find any option to see what I've liked or what another user has liked.

There is a space to make playlists in the sub-menu under the gallery tab, (click Gallery > My Gallery > My Playlists) but I don't see an interaction while looking at content to add something to a play list. It may only be intended for one's own content, or it might be leftover from an older feature set.

I am tagging in our veteran moderator @jumbo747jet to see if they know of the best way to do this. If not I will put this in the roadmap of member features to consider going forward!
