Finding the right pump!

Question: The first pump I bought having never used one, is almost the size of my dick moderately swelled up. Do I need space on the sides of it for my dick to be able to get "more" swollen. I feel that fully pumped I am pushing on the walls of it and it won't let it get any bigger.
I probably messed up and should have just gotten the BM x40. I got some shitty $30 dry pump. I am 7"x5.5".....

Congrats on your new pump...sounds like it's a little small for you though. Maybe try and get one that is at least a 2in diameter maybe 2.25 at the most and 9in long (so you have room to pump). There's a lot of info about pumping on here and a few other sites Newart (dot) com, Tigerpumping (dot) net....to name a few.

I agree with onyxpumper. It sounds like the tube is too small diameter for you if you want girth. For length gain it maybe ok, as a longer thiner tube makes you expand in length. Good luck with your pumping, have fun.

my target goal is 8+x 6+.......if that is even possible.
I am skeptical. But who knows.
Just measured my pump. It is 7 1/2" x 2".....

I have the original BathMate and am at 7.2x6 I am sealed on the sides, but feel my girth is as big as I want. The numbers go to 200 cm on the tube and I have room in there to get much past 8. I go in hard and can visually see lots of room. I am not saying that bigger than this pump wont work, I just think with that 8 inch goal in mind bigger may just be more cumbersome with minimal advantages.

The cylinder diameter is excellent for your target - just the lenght isn't.

A tube of 9" x 2" ( inner measuments ) would be ideal.

Don't go for a 2.25" diameter - you will fill the tube at the base but not in the middle - and with a 2" diameter you will expand more in the middle and top to get your target of an uniform 6" girth.
( 2" inner dia - is a girth of 6.28" in the tube )

Use a bitl of lube so that 'the pushing on the walls' isn't restricting your pumped length increase.

I used two different cylinders for what I did.

I used a 1.5" thick wall Vacutech for length, and a 1.75" flared for overall girth.
Check Vacutech's site for a size chart. I thought they ran a little large, but perhaps it has changed.

If you go too big, you'll do as Dirk said - you'll bloat at the base and perhaps pull in your scrotum.

Vacutech has good Cylinders, NW Pump Works (If theyre still around), and 665 Leather has AWESOME prices on cylinders, and cock cushions.
