I don't think it's true.

The difference between my stretched length & actual fully hard length is about 1.5 inches. It's difficult to believe that after all these years I'm not pulling it hard enough.

That said, my digit ratio is 0.942!

There are many limitations to this study, indeed. And it may apply only to Asians (Koreans) who knows... The patients where also a specified sample not a whole population. But it's a scientific research based on real measurements and statistics. Somehow it may be true.
