It's become much easier to buy bigger cup sizes in the UK in recent years and Bravissimo is excellent. I recommend their personal fitting service if you're visiting the UK. They don't measure you with a tape, but just by appearance and were spot on first time with me. I've read a number of articles claiming that most women wear a band size that is too large and a cup size that's too small. I certainly used to.
Other than Bravissimo, Marks and Spencer do international deliveries and stock up to a J cup at good prices.
