First Pump Recommendation

So I would like to get my first penis pump I am currently 6.25 in long and 7in girth at my base. My goal is to add an inch in girth and .75in in length. I do not want to go cheap on this because I really don’t want a deformed look. But as a 20 year old I do not have a lot of money to spend on this. I am currently thinking about this one (Hydro7) I am just concerned about it not being big enough for me to get to 8 in girth and the price. Does anyone have any recommendations or tips???

Do not get the hydromax7. I am 7.2 girth I have the wideboy version and I have to use coconut oil for lubes as I tend to get stuck in the pump.

and the hydromax11 is only 0.1" larger
