first time cruising

hello everyone,
in the next few months I'll be travelling a lot for work and I'll visit a few big cities in Europe like London, Berlin and Stockholm.

I've tried to have casual hookups using apps and social media, but it never worked, so I was wondering if cruising was something I could try.

Is there a correct way to do it? And most importantly, is it popular among young people? I'm willing to try it, but only with people who are 25-30 years old.

Moreover, I've seen that in cities like Stockholm there are bars and indoor spaces in which cruising is very popular, such as the Blue Vision. But is it safe? How is cruising in a club different than cruising on a hike, besides being outside?

Any tips for a beginner? What should/shouldn't I do?

Stop having the fear to hookup. Natural to be. The fear makes it exciting. Create yourself when you go. Understand everyone there is gay. Bring condoms. Don't assume they will have.
