I’m pretty new to pumping (tried it for the first time today)
Only did it for 5 mins or so, thought I’d start off easy and build it up.
got the thrust pro pumper, started off in the first setting. Any advice/tips/ help would appreciated for a first time pumper.
Also, how often/ regularly should you pump to start seeing some gains?
