Fisting do not arouses me at all. I think that a cock is the right tool to satisfy me. Although once I was somewhat fisted by a guy who had his arm amputated on the elbow. If you want to open the second "hole", you need to learn to do it with dildos first. Long but not super thick, I would say no more that 6" girth and smaller is probably better. I hit my second opening at about 7-8 inches deep. Gently push and rotate and pull back as if you are massaging the hole with the end of the dildo. It will feel uncomfortable at first but once you break through, it's amazing. I remember the first time I got up there and it was like wow! I thought, now I get how those guys take those big dildos.
