by his first name is it possible to find his social networks? when someone asks, "who is he" wants to know details about him, not the first name, I am not a mental weak, I know how to read, and the first name dlee is written at the beginning of the text. idiots !!! lol

I think I am just going to place you on my ignore list, "who is he" is a very very non-descriptive way of asking who somebody is, and the usual response provided is just the person's name. If someone asks "who is he?" in English, the usual response will be "oh that is Jesse".... If you wanted to know his social media, where he lives, and how big his pecker is (I am over exaggerating here), then you should have asked something like "what are the social media names for this individual", it's much more descriptive and direct and may provide the answers you were looking for.

if you can not understand what a person means, when someone asks, "who that person is," it's because you're very dumb! No one knows who Jesse is, so the obvious is to give details about that person.
