Looking for advise on getting back to being fit and in shape. Really want to start a diet and excerise program that I can stick too. Problem is I can’t afford a fitness trainer right now so I’m kinda on my own when it comes too gym workouts (I have a small gym at my complex and will return to my gym membership once I’m more financially stable).
I’m considering KETO but open to other plans.
Main goal is weightloss and being more healthy. For my height I think I’m about 15lbs overweight, the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life.
Are there any free or low cost online programs that could help that any of you recommend on a not completely beginner level but not too intimidating.

Try intermittent fasting. It really helped me lose weight, plus, you can save money from eating one less meal. I went from 94 kg to 78 kg in slightly over a year and I’m now maintaining my weight at around 80 kg. I’m fasting for 18 hours and only eating for 6 hours.

I had a trainer for a bit but he was frustrated with me that I wasn’t losing weight even though I was hitting the gym pretty often. Once he pretty much forced me to track my calorie intake, the weight started to come off.

So I guess that’s my advice - track your calories.
