As others have said here, flaccid varies. I can be all over the spectrum depending on outside temperature, whether I need to piss, if a woman walks by.......hard is what truly matters, and in that department im very happy. Just around 8.

Soft between 4-5.5 long and usually around 5.5 girth; fully hard a fraction shy of 8.25 long and 6.25 around. All along the top, not bone pressed.

Bone-pressed it's 5 to 5.5" when soft and 7" when hard.

It is amazing how the average penis is 5.5 or so inches long yet so many people here claim to be 7 to 8 inches when they aren't.

This is not the APSG forum which could be an explanation.

I'd be about 2-4 inch soft and 8 when hard. I find my hardness varys like my softness often too with variances by about half inch in either direction, so that would be like 7.5-8.5. Softness variance is way more than when hard.

My flaccid GIRTH measurement is weird. It's about 5" so you would think it would swell to over 6" hard, right? But it taps out at 5.7 "to 5.9".

5.5" to 6" soft most of the time, but it can be smaller than that under certain circumstances like when it's cold or while exercising.
Around 8" normally when hard.
