I vary between 6 and 8 soft but am only 8-9.5 hard (I only hit 9.5 when I'm at my hardest). What i meant by only is that at least for me the change in size from flaccid to erect isn't huge versus a lot of guys who double or triple their length from soft to hard.
So I'm not sure that the idea that big sortie equates to even bigger hard on is valid.
If you want to increase flaccid size, then tunica twist/stretches are the best exercise. Over the past year I have increased my flaccid from 7 to nearly 9 inches. Strange thing though is that is does more for flaccid than for erect. I only gain a half inch when going erect.
