FYI! If the sleeve (insert) gets sticky, then dust it with about a half teaspoon of corn starch. It'll be like brand new again. I've had mine two years and at times I've thought that the sleeve was too far gone. The corn starch brings it back to life. Talcum powder will NOT do the trick, though.

Corn starch really helps. My balls are not sticky anymore when slamming the FL ballsdeep
