The opening isn't huge, but they are extremely stretchy, without the hard plastic cover on the outside you could easily fist one, with both fists. As long as you don't have an insanely fat penis I can't see anyone having issues with girth.

Its fun to use, but i think its a lot of work. You have to let it soak in warm water first so that its the right temp. Then all the lube you use, and after you have to let it soak and clean it, then lube it for storage. I personally regret buying mine, but when i have a lot of time to kill i'll pull it out. It works nice but i cant seem to get a lot of suction, i twisted the top and still air gets through.
