In the thread, "Do Women Compare Their Partners Penis Size", EllieP posted the following:

The only person I've ever purposefully shared my partner's size is with my gyno. Some friends know, but we've never discussed it. It's just not a thing.

I was curious about her statement about sharing her partner's size with her gynecologist. Unlike many responses in the thread, I know some women do talk about their mens' sizes. My first wife did all the time. But I had never thought about them sharing this information with their doctors.

Is this common?
And for what reason?

It's interesting to me, since I've recently started seeing her doctor, who's a woman. So far I've never had reason to be naked before her, but it's interesting wondering if she knows my size. (Small) Curious minds want to know, and all that.

Sorry about creating this thread. It woulda been simpler just to have asked it right after EllieP's post, but it's against the rules. I could ask my wife, but she has the maddening habit of not talking about things I'm really curious! If she doesn't want to tell you, nothing will get her to. She'd be a great spy.*

* For instance, my wife grew up with her mother and grandmother. Her mother was very strict and neurotic -- and English! (Imagine the Queen with a hand bag, mustache and goose step.) On her eighteenth birthday, my wife moved out on her own. I met her a few months before her twenty-first birthday. Besides a few innocuous passing remarks, she's never told me anything about those missing years. Nothing. No amount of prodding will get her to break her silence. And it can be dangerous. She can clam up in more ways than one!

Bull fucking shit. No Doctor is going to knowingly start dating a patient's ex or current or what the fuck ever relationship you having outing on in this spankfest scenario.

ETA: even if you mean seeing her doctor on a professional level. The doctor is not thinking about your dick size outside of diagnostic consideration.

Stop!

I will put up with a lot from the dudes here. LPSG is an adult site and most dudes are one step above typing with their actual dicks. Still, there just comes a time when enough is e-fucking-nough.

Dredging up an old ass quote, completely out of context, as support for posting ya most resent neurosis induced fantasy? And expecting women here to completely ignore our higher brain functions to play along? Eat a bag of dicks. Size not otherwise specified.

Ms Ellie probably mentioned her man-friend's size, not to brag or girl talk, because she felt his prodigious wang might be affecting her health. Could have been discomfort with sex, could have be frequent UTIs. Maybe could have been an issues with her current BC *large partners can dislodge a diaphragm or cervical cap or hit an IUD, neither are good*

Also. When a group if women spanning ages from fresh out of high school to post retirement, covering every ethnicity, country of origin, sexuality, political ideology and any other fucking definer of individuality tells you that "no, we really don't talk about penis size much" FUCKING BELIEVE THEM. We are not plotting together destroy your porn/fetish/ego stoked reality. These answers are not thought out in advance. It's just each womang's honest truth.

If one more asshole types "I hear what y'all saying, but.. my wife/girlfriend/this one-legged albino Romanian hooker from Vegas... They totally said they talk about weiners with their besties " I will spontaneously develope mutant super powers and explode their brain.

^^This^^

The only time I've really discussed penis size is related to my current partner. He's over 7' tall and everyone wants to know if his anatomy is proportionate. I find it rude that people think it's ok to ask and usually say so... other times, I say that I'm glad that it's not because there's no way I could handle that.

I don't know if it's common. I shared it with my doctor because I had micro tears that I was afraid would become infected. And had they not been treated there was a good chance they would. He didn't really ask, but I kind of wanted him to know that I wasn't playing with extreme toys. I certainly wasn't bragging.

I've always been frank with my physicians.

Whoa! I've reread my post over twice and nowhere did I mention or even suggest anything about a doctor "dating a patient's ex or current or what the fuck ever relationship you having outing on in this spankfest scenario." No spankfest scenario either. And neither did I suggest in anyway that EllieP bragged about her man's size. Actually, from her post I had no idea what size he might be, nor do I care. I was merely curious about women mentioning size with their doctors.

It may have been a stupid question, but I don't think it rated a personal attack. As I've said, I read my post over a couple times. Nowhere did it discuss anything like you claim. I think it's more the case of someone seeing what he wants to in things. Like the old story of the old biddy who calls the police in, complaining about the naked man flashing next door. She takes the cop into her bathroom. He looks out the window and sees nothing but the man's head through the window across the way. "Ma'am, I can't see anything. He could be wearing trousers for all I can tell." She says, "Here, stand on the toilet and crane your head!"

Regardless whether you honestly misinterpreted what I said or not, you might try being a little more courteous to other posters. Maybe biting your tongue and counting to three thousand might help.

From now on I'm introducing myself to all doctors with "s'up! the boy's got a big cock"

Then get into medical history and any health concerns I might have.

Oh I just write it on all of those medical history forms that they ask me to update every time I have an appointment. I think that may be why the eye doctor kept looking at me weird.

Did got just tell an adult to bite her tongue and count to three thousand?

Maybe you should bite yourself somewhere and get lock-jaw.
