    Are there any particular foods out there that you guys have found to help as an aphrodisiac or make your penis bigger when erect?

    Not to endorse doing so, but there is a benefit of garlic pills. Aged garlic is a mild blood thinner that allows greater volume in the penis much easier than usual.

    Stay away from caffeine. It's a vasoconstrictor. Oddly enough, bananas are excellent because they have loads of potassium (as do oysters!). Some odors, like cinnamon and vanilla, have been found to cause stimulation in the sexual areas of the brains of males.

    I find that when I eat more fresh fruit (particularly citrus fruits) & veggies and drink lots of water, not only do I get harder, I tend to shoot farther as well...getting regular exercise helps, too...

    Oatmeal! I don't know why or how, but every day that I consume oatmeal, my EQ and drive skyrockets. I'm trying steel cut oats now, will report if they are any better than regular old fashioned oats after a while to justify the hassle with cooking them for 30 minutes.

    I thought caffeine in moderation was good for you??? I just posted a thread a few days ago about caffeine.:confused:

    There is a cook book at B&N called booty food. Cook for the peep, it might make them put out. :wink:

    It may be, but when it comes to erections, caffeine causes a narrowing of the blood vessels and, as the penis is one giant (for some men :wink:) blood reservoir, to constrict the blood flow is not a good thing.
