Here's a cute story about a self induced food coma. When my nephews were vry young, one Thanksgiving Day we had the family and neighbours in for dinner. Our neighbour a tall husky (muscle not fat) rugby player had piled his plate rather high, one nephew leaned over to him and said, "_____, want me to get a shovel for you?
