Ok just so we are clear, Fordyce's Spots and Pearly Penile Papules (PPP) are two completely different things.

The picture the OP has linked is someone with PPP NOT Fordyce's Spots.

This is Fordyce's Spot,

This is Pearly Penile Papules,

Hirsuties papillaris genitalis - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Both are very common among adult men, and are completely harmless, not contagious and do not require any medical attention. If you are concerned about the look of them, there is treatment available but it really is not worth it.

And I should know the difference, I was blessed enough to have both!

However, as with anything regarding your penis when in doubt see a doctor.

They are also local to completely different tissues... Fordyce spots occur only on glabrous tissue (outer skin) and PPP only on mucous membrane.

As others have noted, they're both normal and harmless.

I'm uncut and have those PPP thingies as a single row at the 'rim' of my glans. I find them to be the most sensitive part of my tool - always wondered what they were and now I know!

Do they enhance the stink of the smegma? I also am concerned about the "government stimulus package".
